A B Graphic Launch Non-Stop Winder Solutions

11.13.2020

Leading print finishing equipment manufacturer, A B Graphic International (ABG), has launched both a non-stop unwinder (NSU) and non-stop rewinder (NSR) solution. Based on existing designs by strategic partner, Kocher & Beck, the winder solutions mark ABG’s first entry into the splicing arena.

Manufactured at ABG’s Spanish facility, both systems will be of interest to customers with medium to long runs, looking to increase productivity, improve product quality and control/reduce material waste.

Both impressive winder solutions have a range of applications and can be integrated with any existing set-up, including presses, finishing equipment and converters, thereby providing customers with increased flexibility. The range of applications is endless.
ABG’s standard NSU system ensures the non-stop feed of web-type materials, while the NSR system provides continuous rewinding of a self-adhesive matrix produced with a label cutting and printing process.

“Our winder systems complement our portfolio of finishing solutions, providing customers with complete flexibility, especially as they are so adaptable to your current set up, said Matt Burton, ABG’s global sales director.

“As an added plus, we fully expect that both systems will help provide productivity improvements, helping our customers generate ROI quickly, which will be more than beneficial to their efficiency as a business”.
