Delivering even better service for Mactac customers along the west coast region of the U.S. and in Texas, Mactac Industrial Tapes is expanding distribution of its best-selling industrial tapes.
With the expansion, Mactac’s best-selling tape products will now be available to west coast and Texas customers within one to three days of placing an order, depending on the customers’ specific location.
“In an effort to enhance customer service to our customers in these geographic areas, popular products will now be housed and shipped from our Kansas City distribution center,” says Janet Page, Senior Marketing Manager, Mactac Performance Adhesives. “Mactac pays close attention to our customers’ businesses and we’ve recently recognized that customers are in need of shorter lead times so they can get their products to market faster.”
When ordering products, customers can either select same-day delivery or next-day shipment. Examples of Mactac industrial tapes included in the distribution expansion are:
• MACbond Rubber Tapes
• MACbond Acrylic Tapes
• MACmount Double Coated Foam Tapes
Effective September 17, 2018, customers can begin placing orders with the new expedited shipping options from Mactac’s Kansas City distribution center.
