Presented by the Association for PRINT Technologies (APTech) and the Foil & Specialty Effects Association (FSEA), Amplify is a first-of-its-kind event that takes place from June 14 to 16, 2022 in Minneapolis, MN.
Targeting print finishers and binders, carton and label manufacturers, digital and offset printers, direct mail service providers, greeting card and invitation manufacturers, book and publication producers, and creatives and brand owners, Amplify aims to connect all contributors in the print finishing cycle, from design and embellishment to binding and direct mail.
Throughout the three-day event, attendees are invited to take part in educational tracks on UV coatings, direct mail, digital decorating, metallic decorating, value-added sales for print, cannabis packaging, workflow improvements in folding carton finishing, and bindery efficiencies.

KAMA GmbH, booth 321, exhibits with its U.S. distribution partner, Absolute Printing Equipment. The event hosts the U.S. premiere of the KAMA ProCut 76 Foil die cutting and embellishment machine, Packaging Edition. The German-based machine manufacturer further developed the all-in-one machine with the new generation of KAMA’s patented, tool-free stripping and blanking system and the AutoRegister AR3 with skew adjust for a perfect print-to-cut registration. KURZ, booth 825, showcases the DM-UNILINER. DIGITAL METAL creates digitally printed labels and packaging with real metallic embellishments. As part of this system matched technology family, the KURZ DM-UNILINER provides flexibility and efficiency for roll-to-roll application processes. This stand-alone unit produces extremely high gloss effects on coated and uncoated substrates for maximum flexibility for printers and converters. This bottom-feed model includes a variety of features, including inline perforation, inline film slitting, burst separation, and a sleeking attachment that enables variable data foiling.
