It goes without saying that navigating 2020 as a business has been interesting to say the very least. Adaptability has always been a must, especially in the UV printing industry, but this year demanded change at a rate like never before. At LogoJET, we have had our fair share of unique challenges this year, but have been able to quickly pivot and adapt to the changing landscape. We have to—the success of our customers depends on it.
“At LogoJET, we are constantly working on ways to add more value for our customers,” says Susan Cox, CEO, LogoJET. “While we love meeting with our customers face-to-face, LogoJET is a company that was built on a remote support model. Throughout the challenges 2020 has presented, our support team has had the opportunity to shine as they have consistently continued to serve our customers.”
We are not the heroes of the story—our customers are. Their success is our success. How do we continue to provide something exceptional to them to empower their businesses? We explored different areas of improvement and one of the things we kept coming back to was one of the cornerstones of our business—our service. We were already supporting customers who were no longer under warranty during the height of the pandemic so they could continue to stay operational.
So we decided to make it official. We’re proud to be the first in the industry to offer a brand new three year warranty.
“Our products are reliable and our knowledge on how to support our customers is best-in-class in the industry. Why wouldn’t we officially extend the warranty to three years?” says Lon Riley, COO, LogoJET.
LogoJET looked at every angle to continue offering customers the best service possible by adding new remote software, coupled with a new voice-over-internet-phone system to enable remote workers to be as efficient as they were in the office. They also revamped their training program and documentation to further enhance the remote training experience.
The LogoJET leadership team agrees that, for them, the extended warranty is another way to meet and increase customer demand during a critical time.
Additionally, we offer an 80 percent trade-in value on all new printer purchases, toward a larger printer within the first year.
“We have the ideal product line that is scalable and can grow with your business,” says Cox. “We want customers for life.”
In 2016, we were industry trendsetters when we adopted a two year warranty on our printers. “We are more confident than ever in the quality of our products and our ability to support our customers,” says Cox. “We made a strategic adjustment, it seemed like the right thing to do during this critical time.”
As all of us here celebrate LogoJET’s 15 years of success, our move to level up our service proves we’re dedicated to serving our customers. We look forward to continuing to adapt to their needs and setting new standards—both for ourselves and the industry. IPM
